Cancellation Policy
* Payment: 1 week in advance * Slot: same day / time each week * Format: 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3. All formats include the same features (examiner-led teaching, resources, study tracker, unlimited support between lessons). * Scheduling: Your lesson runs at the same day / time each week. * Rescheduling: Free if requested ≥24 hours before the start time (subject to availability). * Late cancellation / no-show: Full fee is charged if cancelled within 5 hours of the start time (including no-shows). * Lateness: Sessions end at the booked time; lost minutes aren’t added on. * Support boundary: Quick questions/clarifications are included; extended marking or bespoke tasks may be charged separately. * Tutor cancellation: If I must cancel, I will reschedule or credit the session. * Policies: All other website Terms & Privacy apply.
